I found “Take a look at our new Diabetes Health Profile infographic” intriguing and educational. For instance, almost 70 percent of those with diabetes not only find it hard to say no to food that they like but describe their life as controlled by food. In addition, more than half “eat to cheer self up.” The obvious connection is that diabetes — as a preventable and/or controllable depending on at what stage — and one’s relationship with food and food’s “meaning” is at the heart of reversing diabetes progress. I hope that you, too, find this infographic helpful and insightful.
